Amazon Prime Video's latest series Breathe: Into The Shadows, featuring Abhishek Bachchan, is all set to release on 10 July.

The psychological crime thriller, created and produced by Abundantia Entertainment, mark's Abhishek's digital debut along with Southern star Nithya Menen.

Breathe: Into The Shadows will see actor Amit Sadh reprise his role as Inspector Kabir Sawant from the first chapter of the series in 2018.

Directed by Mayank Sharma, the Amazon Original is written by a team of writers, including Sharma, Bhavani Iyer, Vikram Tuli, and Arshad Syed.

Sharma said he's happy to bring out an 'all-new avatar of Breathe' with the latest installment.

'While each character in the show has its own story to tell, viewers will discover just how intriguingly these storylines eventually get interwoven. With this new chapter, I am excited to take Prime members on a new roller-coaster journey of emotions and thrills that will leave you gasping for breath.'

As we have earlier reported that Abhishek Bachchan will portray an important role in Breathe season 2, now his character has been revealed. The sequel to Breathe will feature the original cast which includes R. Madhavan, Amit Sadh, Sapna Pabbi, Hrishikesh Joshi, Atharva Vishwakarma, and Neena Kulkarni, amongst others.

Notably, Bollywood actor Abhishek Bachchan will be making his digital debut with Breathe 2, which streamed on Amazon Prime. The series has been in the news since the makers had made an announcement that they will return with its season 2 featuring Jr Bachchan.

Ever since Abhishek was finalised, Fans were curious to know his character in Breathe season 2. According to Telly Chakkar, in season 2, Abhishek Bachchan will be seen essaying a psychiatrist.

Notably, Breathe is a psychological thriller series that follows the lives of ordinary people faced with extraordinary circumstances.

The shooting for Breathe 2 has been wrapped. The makers are expected to announce the premiere date of the new season soon. Besides Abhishek Bachchan, Amazon Prime Video is also launching Bollywood superstar Akshay Kumar in the digital world.
